A home inspection is one of the important steps you will take when buying a home.  We can help you avoid major surprises.  Make an informed decision.

Our visual inspection provides expert, impartial opinion about the condition of the home at the time.

• We examine the structure, systems and components of the home from roof to foundation.  

• We inspect roofing, gutters, siding, walks, driveway, deck, windows, doors and any garage.  

• In the attic, we look for signs of moisture or ventilation problems.  

• In the basement, we look for structural concerns, moisture, or problems with electrical, plumbing and heating systems.

• We will explain our findings in person following our inspection, to help ensure you understand any deficiencies.  You will receive your personalized and illustrated Property Inspection Report at that time.

• We speak your language.  Walk through the home with us following the inspection and ask as many questions as you like.

• We would be glad to talk with you about needed repairs or possible improvements.  We do not provide repair or renovation services nor do we recommend contractors.
